實習生 葉采欣 Intern – Ye Tsai Hsin
這學期因為疫情的關係，我的實習規劃產生很大的變化，我放棄了原本第一志願錄取的實習單位，而選擇了佛陀紀念館。我想我應該是跟佛有緣才會來到這裡的吧！
我選擇來這裡的原因很簡單：我樂於挑戰新事物，而且對觀光有興趣才會選擇到博物館實習。而且我也想接觸不同領域的工作去增強各方面的工作能力，而佛陀紀念館讓實習生有很多機會能夠培養不同領域的能力，來這裡實習就是一個成長跟磨練自我的好機會！
剛開始實習時，這裡所有的一切對我來說都是第一次，我甚至幾乎對佛光山跟佛陀紀念館完全不熟悉，無論是工作內容跟工作環境對我來說都是陌生的。在佛館實習的工作內容十分廣泛，包含行政、導覽、活動策畫、翻譯、教學等等。實習前三個月，我除了邊做邊學去熟悉各項工作，也在不同的工作項目中探索自己適合什麼、喜歡什麼、以及我想成為什麼，而在學習以前從未接觸過的工作事項時，除了能夠培養我在各領域的工作經驗，也能發掘以前從未發現過的興趣。
最後感謝佛陀紀念館給我實習的機會，讓我能夠改變跟提升自己。在佛館實習除了對我的工作能力有非常大的提升以外，我也感覺我的抗壓性變得更強了。我十分開心也不後悔選擇來佛館實習的這個決定！
In
July last year, my plan for the internship changed a lot because of the
pandemic. I gave up my first choice of internship and was given the option at
the Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum. I think maybe I have a connection with the
Buddha, so I had the opportunity to come here.
The
reason for coming to the Buddha Museum was simple: I am willing to take up new
challenges and am interested in the tourism industry. I also wanted to learn
different skills and improve my working ability. The Buddha Museum provides
numerous chances for interns to cultivate abilities in different fields. It was
such a great chance to improve and strengthen myself.
At the
beginning of my internship, I knew almost nothing about Fo Guang Shan and the
Buddha Museum. Both the job content and the workplace were unfamiliar for me.
At the Buddha Museum, I was given different challenges and tasks every week,
and I had a wide range of job responsibilities. During my internship, I not
only learned by doing but also explored my potential. I had a lot of chances to
learn and cultivate different interests, abilities, and experiences.
I am
grateful that Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum has given me the opportunity to
change and improve myself. I improved not only my working ability but also
stress resistance. I am grateful to have chosen Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum for
my internship.
