When I volunteer at the information desk, it was a natural practice to carry out the Three Acts of Goodness. Good deeds are made through offering services and guidance to visitors; good words are spoken when I talk to visitors with kindness, honesty, and joy; and good intentions are made when we treat every visitor with enthusiasm and warmth, hoping that they would get the best introduction to the beauty of our Buddhist culture.
在佛館國際服務台值班期間──做好事，為眾人服務，做好導引；說好話，笑顏接待，誠意敘述，正確指引，使其歡喜；存好心，保持精進，誠心服務，希望遊客得到最佳介紹，也能初步認識、感受佛教的真善美。

In order to provide professional service to visitors, I have to improve myself in all aspects of knowledge about Buddhism and BMC. Also I'll recommend as many friends as possible to volunteer in BMC rather than just to walk around here because I believe it is the best way to let people really understand Humanistic Buddhism with a seed of interest planted in their hearts naturally.
在服務的過程中，我常看見自己的不足，進而了解唯有不斷地自我精進，才能提供更專業的服務給每位來訪的遊客，同時，我也希望接引更多朋友一起來當義工，透過服務，自然而然就能在每個人的心中灑下一顆種子─認識人間佛教的美好。

Our kind thoughts were in our intention to make available tasty vegetarian sushi items for the customers. _e kind words we used were in greeting our customers, as well as all of the volunteers that we worked with. And _nally, our kind deed was in our volunteering to make the sushi for seven days.
存好心──就是在做壽司的這段過程，構思如何做出美味可口的素食壽司給客人；說好話──和客人以及義工夥伴們問候；做好事──發心七日作壽司。
